The hotel’s restaurant and brewery, Brovarnia Gdańsk, takes up two levels in the building. Here you can enjoy both Polish and international cuisine, as well as specialities unique to Gdańsk. The restaurant houses a unique mini brewery, where 3 different types of beer are produced: Brovarnia Light, Dark and Wheat. The beer is produced according to old traditions but with the help of the latest technology. The only ingredients used are water, high quality malt from barley and wheat, hop and yeast, creating a natural beer with an exceptional taste and colour. Brovarnia is open every day from 12:00 to 22:30.

The second part of the hotel is being built in the neighbourhood, nearby the main building. The construction work starts at 08:00 and finishes at 17:00.
