GENERAL INFORMATION

This magnificent art deco hotel was originally built in 1927 and offers lavish style, luxury and elegance, right on the beach in Sopot. The hotel looks out to sea over the waters of Gdansk bay and is also just a short walk from Monte Cassino Street and the heart of Sopot. The hotel’s beautifully restored art deco interiors are equipped with contemporary comforts such as flat screen TVs. Stylish modern technology and equipment blends harmoniously with the hotel’s elegant, sophisticated ambience. The hotel also has superb facilities with a fully equipped wellness centre, its own casino, private beach and indoor swimming pool.

AREA INFORMATION

The hotel is directly by the beach and is just a few steps from Monte Cassino street and all the shops, bars, cafes and restaurants that line the street. Some of the other nearby attractions include: Sopot Aquapark (1 km) - a water park for the whole family, with swimming pools, water slides, hydromassage, children’s pools and whirlpools. Sopot’s pier (0.2 km) – Sopot is home to the longest wooden pier in Europe. The pier is 650 metres long and from it one can admire the entirety of the Hel Peninsula. Sopot town (0.5 km) – as well as sporting facilities, shops, bars and restaurants, Sopot is also famous for its spas. The Museum of Sopot is also well worth a visit.

By Train: The hotel is approximately 12 km from Gdansk city centre. Trains run regularly from Gdansk to Gdynia and stop in Sopot. The hotel is just one km from Sopot’s main train station. A taxi from the station costs approximately EUR 5. The number 187 bus also runs regularly between the hotel and the train station. By Taxi: A taxi from Gdansk city centre costs approximately EUR 15. By Air: The hotel is approximately 15 km from Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport. A taxi from the airport costs approximately EUR 20.
