Our house is a three-storey newly refurbished modern estabilishment with the highest accomodation standards. The house itself is small enough for you to feel cozy and comfortable. There is also loundry service, internet and wifi access and BBQ facilities. We also have a large, beautifully kept garden and a spacious veranda.

We are only 15 minutes away by Public Transport from most of the city attractions, so when you feel ready to bounce back, it's just the matter of hopping on a bus or tram and within minutes you will be back for more fun. Two amazing shopping malls, lots of lovely, small shops and restaurants are all in the area for you to enjoy if you want to stay local.

By public transport: - Coming from Okecie Airport, take bus number 175 until stop Jerozolimskie. - Cross the street and change onto tram number 8, direction of Gorczewska. - Exit at Hala Wola or Pl. Kasztelański. - Coming from DW. Centralny (main train station), take tram number 8 or 10 in the direction of os. Gorczewska. - Exit at Hala Wola or Pl. Kasztelański. - Coming from DW. Zachodni (main bus station), take bus number 184, direction of Huta. - Exit at Pl.Kasztelanski. - Once there, look for Strakowa Street and follow it until you reach Rzedzinska Street. - Turn right and look for the B&B sign on your right-hand side. - Should you decide to take a taxi, make sure you have a number of one of the major taxi companies. Always use licensed taxi companies. By pick-up service: - Contact the hotel if you wish to arrange a pick-up service from any place in the city. Simply send an email with your arrival date, time and place in advance.

We will prepare a delicious breakfast for you every morning and do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can.

Please ensure that you have included your expected arrival time in the guest comments field when making your booking. Please note that the latest check-in time is 21:00. Later arrivals should be reported to the hotel directly, using the contact information passed on when the reservation is made. Failure to notify the hotel regarding a late arrival may result in refusal of entry.
